“Hi, I’m Luke Oliver and I’ve been flying since I was 2 years old! By age 8, it became a full obsession, and I started competing in F3P indoor aerobatics at 12—winning multiple trophies. That’s when I joined OptiPower back in 2016, and I’ve proudly flown with them ever since.

Precision flying led me into 120cc petrol freestyle planes, where I competed at the Freestyle Masters, always using OptiProtect 2-stroke oil in my engines. As part of Team AZAerosports, I’ve flown everything from jets to gliders across Europe, representing the Opti brands.

My go-to batteries are the OptiPower Ultras, especially for my high-performance EDF glider, and I still use packs from 2016! For show flying, I’m now flying a massive 40% YAK110—with two twin-cylinder engines and a turbine—powered by OptiProtect fuel and OptiPower flight and turbine packs.
